1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Doomz platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform": The Doomz application and website and all related services
• "User": Any person who uses the platform for shopping or earning from referrals
• "Merchant": A store owner or registered business on the platform
• "Cooperative": A cooperative society officially registered in Kuwait
• "Content": All texts, images, videos, and data on the platform
• "Earnings": Financial amounts earned by users through sharing and referrals

3. Services Provided

The Doomz platform provides the following services:

3.1 For Users

• Shopping from registered stores and cooperatives
• Earning from sharing product links
• Earning from referring new users
• Tracking earnings and purchases

3.2 For Merchants

• Displaying products and services
• Managing inventory and orders
• Access to a wide customer base
• Analytics and sales tools

3.3 For Cooperatives

• Strong digital presence
• Managing products and offers
• Communicating with members
• Reports and statistics

4. User Account

4.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You must be resident in Kuwait or have a valid delivery address
• Phone number and email must be verified
• We may request identity verification (civil ID)

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not share your account with others

4.3 One Account Per Person

Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension of all accounts.

5. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the platform legally and ethically
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Not publish offensive or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Pay for purchases on time
• Provide honest and fair reviews
• Respect other users and merchants

6. Merchant Terms

6.1 Merchant Registration

• You must have a valid commercial registration in Kuwait
• Provide all required documents for verification
• Agree to additional merchant terms

6.2 Merchant Obligations

• Provide accurate product information
• Honor advertised prices
• Deliver products on time
• Process orders within 24 hours
• Comply with return and exchange policy
• Respond to customer inquiries

6.3 Commissions and Fees

The platform is free for merchants! We do not take commission on sales. Merchants only pay the earnings percentage to users who share their products.

7. Cooperative Terms

7.1 Registration

• Must be a cooperative officially registered in Kuwait
• Provide registration certificate from Ministry of Social Affairs
• Designate an authorized representative

7.2 Special Services

• Cooperative membership management
• Special offers for members
• Detailed sales reports

8. Earnings and Payments

8.1 How to Earn

• Referrals: Percentage of purchases by people who registered through your link
• Sharing: Percentage of purchases through links you shared
• Levels: Additional earnings from referral levels

8.2 Earnings Rates

* Rates may vary by product and merchant

8.3 Withdrawing Earnings

• Minimum withdrawal: 10 Kuwaiti Dinars
• Withdrawal methods: Bank transfer, K-Net, E-wallet
• Processing time: 3-5 business days
• No withdrawal fees

8.4 Taxes

You are responsible for paying any taxes due on your earnings in accordance with Kuwaiti law.

9. Prohibited Uses

Use of the platform for the following purposes is prohibited:

• ❌ Fraud or deception
• ❌ Creating fake accounts
• ❌ Manipulating the earnings system
• ❌ Using automated programs (bots)
• ❌ Publishing illegal or offensive content
• ❌ Impersonating others
• ❌ Spam
• ❌ Selling prohibited or counterfeit products
• ❌ Money laundering

10. Legal Liability

10.1 Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted continuous service availability
• The platform being error or virus-free
• Accuracy of content provided by merchants
• Quality of products sold

10.2 Limitation of Liability

Doomz is not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from platform use
• Disputes between users and merchants
• Loss of earnings or data
• Actions or negligence of merchants

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Doomz for any claims or losses resulting from your violation of these terms.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You can terminate your account at any time through account settings. The following will occur:

• Deletion of your personal information (unless legally required to retain)
• Stopping all future earnings
• Payment of due earnings (if above minimum)

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of terms of service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Inactivity for more than one year
• Request from legal authorities

In case of termination due to violation, we may retain unwithdrawn earnings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we encourage you to:

1. Contact the support team first
2. Attempt to reach an amicable solution
3. Resort to mediation if necessary
4. Resort to courts as a last resort

13. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• In-app notification
• Email
• Updating the "Last updated" date

Your continued use of the platform after amendments means you agree to the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the amendments, you must stop using the platform.
